Education and Experience:

  1. P1 or SI Certificate (Education Degree a plus)
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience ¡n School Administration
  3. Experience in teaching candidate classes-at least 2 years of reportable exam results in subject areas
  4. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  5. TSC Certified (or pending application for same)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  1. A clear understanding of New Kenyan Education system
  2. Self-motivated person with good strategic thinking and goal orientation
  3. Able to carry out duties with a high level of professionalism
  4. Willingness to be a team player and ability to be flexible in all situations
  5. Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills
  6. Ability to multitask with accuracy in a deadline driven environment
  7. Excellent organizational and report writing skills
  8. Experience in directly supervising one or more extracurricular activities
  9. Experience in planning/implementing lessons based on individualized learning concepts
  10. High level of integrity / Certificate of Good Conduct
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience
